Invest in Denver’s young people, one circle at a time

Greater Denver CARES was named the 2024 National CARES Affiliate of the Year. We bring culturally grounded wellness and literacy programs to Black youth across Denver and Aurora, and we partner with businesses, foundations and community members to keep those programs free or low-cost for the schools and families who need them most.

Ways to partner

• Sponsor a School. Fund a full year of Rising wellness circles for a group of students at a partner school.
• Sponsor a Book Bundle. Send six months of curated books, with family reading guides, to a child’s home.
• Sponsor an Author Talk. Bring a Black author to students, with books for every child.
• Purpose Pathways Partner. Help fund or host a paid apprentice training for a career in youth development.

What sponsors receive

• Your name or logo on the program at your sponsored school or event
• A year-end impact update from the students you supported
• Recognition on our website and social media
• An invitation to see a circle or author talk in person
